In the Governor’s letter it was written, In connection with the special power of attorney, 924/449, Dispora dated November 24, 2020, regarding representing the Youth and Sports Office of the Province of Central Sulawesi in his position as a defendant in civil case No.133/Pdt/2020/PN.Palu dated November 12, 2020 at the Palu District Court regarding the claim for land ownership of the Bumi Robiega Golf Course in Palu with an asset value of Rp. 60,000,000,000 (Sixty Billion Rupiah).
And based on the decision of the Palu District Court Panel of Judges No.133/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Pal. dated June 30, 2021, stated that the plaintiffs’ claim was unacceptable and the State Attorney for the Central Sulawesi High Court succeeded in winning the Central Sulawesi Youth and Sports Office as the owner of the golf course assets.
The letter was also copied to the Head of the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia, the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia and the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia, in Jakarta. For this, the Governor of Central Sulawesi, H.Rusdy, expressed his highest appreciation and appreciation to the Head of the Prosecutor’s Office and the ranks of the civil and state administration fields who have contributed to assisting the rescue of state finances in the form of Roviega Palu Golf Course assets.
Responding to this, the Central Sulawesi Chief of Staff, through the Head of Penkum Kejati Central Sulawesi, Reza Hidayat, SH, MH conveyed, Kajati thanked the Provincial Government for the appreciation of the Provincial Government for the performance of the Datun field, in assisting the Provincial Government to save assets in the form of land worth 60 billion.
