North Palu Police Securs One Woman and One Man, Is This The Problem?

Voxnusantara.com-One woman and one man were detained by the North Palu Sector Police, Palu Police, Central Sulawesi Police. Both were arrested in connection with drug abuse, suspected of having methamphetamine, on Friday (1/10/21) afternoon.

“The arrest was based on community reports that there was a drug sale and purchase transaction on Jalan Silae Mangu, Baiya Village, Tawaeli District, Palu City. So, hearing the residents’ reports, we went straight to the location at around half past two this afternoon,” said the North Palu Police Chief, IPTU Roestang.

He continued, he directly led the arrests and secured two people, namely, the woman with the initials N (32) and the man with the initials H alias A (42). “N has his address at Jalan Bahari, Pantoloan Village and H alias A has his address at Jalan Silae Mangu, Baiya Village,” explained IPTU Roestang.

Furthermore, he said, from the arrest, the North Palu Sector Police secured a number of evidences, namely eight small plastic bags suspected of containing methamphetamine, eight empty small plastic bags, Rp. 4.3 million in cash, one digital scale, two mobile phones, four matches, four glass pyrexes and a bong filled with water.

“The plan is that we will hand over the two suspected perpetrators and their evidence to the Palu Police Narcotics Unit,” he concluded.***
