Voxnusantara,Palu- <\/em><\/strong>Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) melalui Polda Sulawesi Tengah (Sulteng) mengakui keberadaan Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) PT.Sinar Putra Murni (SPM) di kota Palu. Pengakuan tersebut dibuktikan dengan pemberian piagam penghargaan dari Kapolda Sulteng Irjen Pol.Agus Nugroho kepada Direktur Utama PT.SPM Djoko Pustoko Onggo Hartono di Hari Bhayangkara ke-77 di Mapolda Sulteng Sabtu (1\/7\/23) kemarin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“PT.SPM dan Sinar Waluyo telah berkontribusi kepada negara dan daerah yakni, dengan menghibahkan sekitar 15 hektar lahan SPM untuk perkantoran Mapolda Sulteng,” kata Tim hukum PT.SPM H.Sahlan Lamporo,SH,MH bersama Salmin Haidar,SH didampingi Direktur SPM dan PT.Sinar Waluyo Abdul Rozak Hidayat, saat jempa pers bersama awak media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Selain itu, kata H.Sahlan, PT.SPM bersama PT.Sinar Waluyo menghibahkan masing-masing 15 hektar (30) hektar lahan untuk kepentingan pembangunan Hunian Tetap (Huntap) korban bencana alam tahun 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ia menjelaskan, keberadaan PT.SPM dan PT.Sinar Waluyo di Palu Sulteng ini sejak tahun 1989 dijaman pemerintahan Abdul Azis Lamadjido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

“Ini kita lihat sendirikan, dengan adanya penghargaan ini tentu menepis anggapan negatif tentang keberadaan PT.SPM dan Sinar Waluyo bahwa tidak berkontribusi ke negara dan daerah. Ini negara saja sudah mengakui keberadaan kita,” katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lebih lanjut, ia menjelaskan, PT. SPM memiliki 150 hektar lahan dan Sinar Waluyo 100 hektar sejak tahun 1989-1990 dan sampai sekarang. Dan, katanya, sebagian lahan ini telah kita hibahkan ke negara dan daerah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
