Palu,voxnusantara.com – A housewife with the initials LL (37), who had gone viral on social media because she was caught by CCTV, due to her action of stealing a cellphone was finally arrested by the Tadulako Resmob Team, Palu Police. LL is a resident of Jalan Imam Bonjol, Baru Village, West Palu District, Palu City.
The perpetrator who carried out the theft in Lorong II, Jalan Bayam, West Palu District was arrested based on the Police report Number: Lp-B/832/IX/2021/SPKT/Polres Palu. “LL was arrested based on information received by his members in the field. From that information, LL was at the shelter in Palupi Village this afternoon,” explained Palu Police Chief, AKBP Bayu Indra Wiguno, S, IK, M, IK, Friday (1/10/ 21).
AKBP Bayu revealed that the arrest of the perpetrators was led directly by the Head of Resmob of the Palu Police, Aiptu, Edi Suryono. Meanwhile, the Police Chief said, the perpetrator was arrested without resisting the police. So, from the arrest, a number of evidences were also secured, such as two mobile phones and a wallet containing a vehicle registration, ATM card, SIM and Student Card, he said.
“It should also be noted that this woman had committed an act of theft and was sentenced to 1.5 years in prison. This woman was released in July 2021,” said the number one person at the Palu Police.***
